Osteopathic manual practice is a whole body encompassing treatment that places a strong focus on how the systems of the body relate to one another. During the session, the practitioner will assess how the body is reacting to gravity, and seek out the primary dysfunction that is affecting the systems.

Over her 13 year career, she has taken many courses, including, but not limited to, sports therapy, neuro-proprioceptive taping, cupping, scar tissue release, and deep tissue. Spending most of her career in rehabilitation centers, she has worked closely with injuries, car accidents, and surgical cases. Kerri Holden is a young mom who grew up in rural Manitoba. She graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2015 and is a current member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba. She is certified in hot stone massage and dermoneuromodulating, a practice of changing movement-restricting superficial nerve pain unrelated to disease through techniques of skin stretching.

Her treatment style can include musculoskeletal assessment with range of motion testing, utilizing muscle energy techniques, stretching, and relaxation massage using Swedish massage techniques. Kerri is more than happy to work with people to relieve pain in their necks, literally, or figuratively through relaxation.
